Bring Your Own Mask #BYOM

The risk is real! COVID-19 is still spreading in our communities. It’s on each of us to take direct action to keep our loved ones safe. All LA County residents are required to wear a mask or cloth face covering when they leave their homes. Wearing a mask or face covering is important because: 

  • We can have the COVID-19 virus and infect others with it, before we even show symptoms. If we cover our nose and mouth, we can limit the spread of the virus.
  • We touch our face less when our face is covered. Touching our faces after touching something contaminated with COVID-19 increases our chances of getting the virus.
